Fine arts plus graphic design is a successful combo that can make basic print product such as business card or poster stand out from the more common vector-based designs. The example shown here is one of my drawings inspired by Magritte’s surrealism that I printed using a silkscreen on paper layer by layer and then scanned, paired with playful typography and translated into a business card layout. Re-phrasing Magritte’s famous quote: Ceci n'est pas une carte de visite!
